Studentbostäder i Norden (SBS) is a company that specialises in owning, managing, and developing high-quality and affordable student housing in the Nordic region. The primary goal has been to build and establish the company as a strong B2B and B2C brand – attractive to students as well as the media, investors, and partners.
SBS is the only listed student housing company in the Nordics. Priority has been the lead agency from the beginning with a long-standing collaboration that includes both branding and business development.
The collaboration showcases a holistic approach on how to build a modern brand for a rapidly expanding real-estate company. In order to do so, we use a mix of branding tools, including PR, digital marketing, investor relations, as well as creating and implementing a modern and functional visual identity – all to achieve optimal results that creates value for several target groups.
