A learning & leadership concept

In the role as digital service design partner, Priority led the process of developing and implementing a novel learning and leadership concept for local store managers, centered around the innovative management tool NAV By Mio. Based on numerous performance indicators as well as real-time sales data, NAV By Mio supports managers in their day-to-day work by simplifying the process of following-up, benchmarking, steering and planning business goals.

Starting from in-depth interviews and creative workshops together with the management team and store managers, Priority created a new digital identity as well as a digital design system. The endgame of Priority’s efforts was a digital dashboard showcasing a comprehensive data set alongside training material and thought leadership content, with the purpose to facilitate an efficient sales process and first-class customer experiences.
