Our areas of expertise

To tackle today’s complex branding and business challenges, we offer specialist skills in three areas.

pilar

Strategy & Insight

We work with business pedagogy to explain complex issues simply, as well as creating genuine understanding and insight. We help make strategy and goals clear and persuasive for staff, managers, customers, investors and the general public – and thereby create acceptance for change.

Task Areas: Current affairs analysis, business analysis, operational due diligence, change management, management and leadership systems, Value at Stake – analysis of how regulatory conditions and political decisions impact business.

bok

Communication & Culture

We help clients with political, regulatory and opinion-building pre-conditions for business decisions such as mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, new customer offerings and expansion into new markets. We support our clients in shaping and developing a narrative for their operation and future so it impacts all arenas – towards investors, customers, colleagues and public – and we have the skills for all communication channels.

Task Areas: Public affairs and political advice, opinion-making, brand and communications strategy, communications and marketing concepts, internal communication, engagement and company culture, PR and crisis management, media advice and training, communications audits and organisational performance and design.

penna

Brand & Design

The brand is the basic carrier of everything a company communicates to the public through both action and communication, but we also recognise design as a business tool and where we can help our clients become clear and attractive and stand out – whether through visual identity, packaging concepts or a digital platform. Creative concepts must be founded on strategic decisions but must also provoke feelings and engage while functioning in the company’s real world.

Task Areas: Visual identity, design concepts, digital, packaging design, book design, illustrations/iconography, convention and exhibition concepts.
